Content issue with New Era

I reported mid October 2013 that not all of the New Era October 2013 content was showing up in Gospel Library. I received a reply acknowledging this and that the issue would be looked into. As of November 4, the content has not been updated. I also downloaded the November 2013 New Era, and there appears to be a similar problem that not all of the content is present. Please look into this; I have family members which I would like to be able to access the entire content of the magazine.
