Institute: Book of Mormon Student Manual

I love the fact that the Gospel Library app has so many institute and seminary manuals. Thank-you! But I noticed that it's missing the Book of Mormon student manual for institute. The teacher's manual is there, but no student manual. All the other student manuals (i.e. Old Testament, New Testament, etc.) are there. Can someone explain why the Book of Mormon student manual is absent? Thanks!
