Syncing between Android and Windows

I am an Android and Windows user. I frequently switch between devices. A lot of times when I go on one device I realize that the bookmarks I made on one device have not synced to the other yet. It fixes itself when I sync the device, but I would rather not have to do that (not to mention in order to sync on windows you have to log out and re-sign in, because simply clicking the sync button does not work). A possible solution would be having the devices sync on the start up of that app, or having an automatic sync happen at increments that the user could set.
