Last night (1-16-2017) Gospel Library app was working fine with all the standard works in it. This morning (1-17-2017) everyone in my family has noticed that the Book of Mormon has been deleted in their iPhone's Gospel Library app. Wondering what is going on? Thank you!

There's an existing thread on this topic in the Gospel Library for iOS subforum ( http://tech.lds.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=103&t=27872 )The content team has pushed out a bad update to the content for Gospel Library, and so all current versions of the app including the iOS, Android, and Windows versions are affected.

The content team will, of course, be diligent in restoring the Book of Mormon as quickly as possible.

Does this affect other content? I've noticed that there is lots of content missing Sunday School and ToP.

Yes, it's affected other content, too. They've fixed the Book of Mormon, but it's evident that a number of other books, like the D&C Sunday School Teachers Manual is also missing, for example.
