retrieve user ID and password

I had to restore my samsung galaxy to factory reset and in the process I am reloading all my apps, including Gospel Library. However, the User ID and password isnt what I thought it was. How do I access?

It is you LDS Account username and password (you would have needed it to log in and post to this forum). If you don't remember them you can go to ldsaccount.lds.org to retrieve your username and reset your password.

i retrieve, and used it but the sync never pass
