New Testament Study Guide

Is there a particular reason I can not markup the New Testament Study Guide, Lesson 3? I noticed that I can mark in Lesson 4 but not Lesson 3.
I'm pretty sure that Lesson 3 is just like Lesson 4, but I would guess that you were selecting different areas in those lessons to annotate. The problem is that any bulleted or numbered lists cannot be marked (see Bug with Highlights). In my testing, I was unable to annotate any bulleted content in Lesson 3 or 4, but I was able to mark other content in both lessons.
