Topical Guide in Gospel Library app missing?

Dear friends,
When you receive the Book of Mormon, at the end of the book you have a very useful Topical Guide.
In the Gospel Library app, in "Scriptures", you have the trilogy books: "The Book of Mormon", "Doctrine and Covenants" and "The Pearl of Great Price", but the Topical Guide is missing. I know it is also at the end of the KJV Bible, but it is helpless when you are away from home, or when you are in the bus, for example.
Would it be possible to plan to include it, even in another section, preferably in French?
Or does it exist a Web site with the Topical Guide, eventually in French, as my app is in French? (I found it: http://scriptures.lds.org/fr/)
Meanwhile, I'll take my Book of Mormon with me.
