The last time I tested the email address change in the account either through the Directory or through LCR Membership it was immediate in propagating to my LDS Account.

The MRN recovery method is still available, Where is that located? The MRN recovery method is still available, but only to those who have selected that recovery method as an option in their account security settings. Your birth date on your membership record may also not be your correct birth date. Just as for your MRN verification, you will need to contact your clerk to verify what is there and get it changed if incorrect.

At least for us, it requires 2 different admins now to change a password. Good luck if you don't have 2 admins with good passwords!
