We have found that fewer members are using the classic website, so we created a lesson schedule calendar that works really well for this. The members can subscribe to the calendar and see the schedule along side the other ward/stake events.

I have had great success using http://www.dvdflick.net it converts and burns to dvd in one program. And the best feature is it's free.

Software based video switching

Curious if anyone has tried out software based video switching with the webcast software? I downloaded the Vidblaster demo and was impressed. Today, I don't see the need for ISO images of General Conference. But in ancient times, when I made that comment, I was still recording conference broadcasts and burning discs for the library of each meetinghouse in the stake. I would still find it helpful to have ISO images of General Conference. ...

My first attempt was using AVS video converter, and the lip sync was terrible so I tried DVD Flick and it was right on. In the past I've found that lip sync issues can usually be fixed by having the latest codecs installed, I like to use the k-lite codec packs.
