I'm in a bilingual branch. I set up lesson schedule for priesthood and relief society in English fine, but the Joseph Fielding Smith manual is not (yet?) in the list for Spanish.

At a Bishops storehouse training session at the storehouse, we were told that each unit would receive one package of forms automatically (25 forms) and that we would need to order more at that time. They said that would happen "the first of August" and that there had been a delay because t...

Reminder: Sensitive information not only must not be stored on the cloud, but it also must not be stored on the clerk computer other than in MLS. If done at all, it needs to be put on a USB flash drive or other removable media and stored in a locked file cabinet.

I'm assuming you mean: scanned copies and not keeping paper copies. My guess is we are not allowed to do that, but I don't know. And by the way, I don't agree that it is necessarily "easier to keep track of and recall" since it would have to be indexed and in a way that it could be located...

Not only that, but the current week and the next 4 weeks are published on the bulletin (retrieved from the website by the bulletin publisher) in English a...

the elderly in wards may carry cell phones, but they rarely use them for more than a phone. We have older people who don't and won't have computers. One of which teaches many of the priesthood lessons. The gospel doctrine teacher has a computer but only for limited use. In fact, I doubt she remembe...

One other point to make. The zip file I downloaded for the month of July contains 17 videos. When I go the the Resources page (mentioned earlier in this thread) for the month of July, there are only 7 listed. If I had downloaded only from this this URL I would have been 10 short. I'm not sure what ...
