MLS 3.5 rollout

I appreciated your post and all you and your troops are doing.

I had difficulty locating your reference to finding up to date info. I found a "last" link to be identified as MLS Release Notifications. Is this the intended link or did someone else kill the link you referenced. Thanks.

Wow! This "old" topic is new again for me. Maybe someone can help me. I am currently wearing two hats: Financial and Membership Clerk. Our Primary has informed me that they can no longer find a way to order Primary Graduation Certificates. Of course, I immediately told them that it must be a part of...

What's a typewriter? Is it some kind of Rube Goldberg contraption that has a huge number of pieces that are all interconnected to make some fairly simple thing happen after a lot of movement and often noise?

Thanks all.

Thanks for all the interesting responses. That's about where I thought we were. I think I will attempt to get my Stake President to give some direction for "compliance" in our units. There should be plenty of time before the November meeting for clarity to become established.

Just who are "Ward Clerks"?

The meeting you cite brings up a point that has confused me for awhile. Are "Assistant Ward Clerks for Finance" "Clerks" for the purpose of general HQ announcements of requested attendance at various meetings? Or not? My understanding has always been that each local unit has but a single "Clerk", pe...

Gee, it must be pretty nice to be in some of the more favored areas of North America. I can be much more tolerant of less spectacular "performance" in the clerk's office than I can at home. But it's the tiny hard disc that really bothers me. It just seems that 8.76 GB isn't quite up to even the MLS ...

I'm still getting it on 3.1.5 after doing a donation batch and often membership changes as well. I can live with it until it is fixed "for good". We are not that low on paper . . . yet. The dialog box instructing that we must print the Xmsn Rprt will not go away if we cancel, only after we accept to...

I love this but it is more complicated than I expected. (What isn't?) I tried to add a query on this subject by way of the "quick reply" feature a couple of hours ago but apparently it didn't get through. Maybe I should stick to the "slow" way. Start over. I was excited when informed of the new indi...

Wow! I'm glad to see this subject already started. I've been very interested in the emerging capabilities in the area of adding "personal" contact information. After receiving the first information accompanying a recent MLS re-delivery, I immediately added both my own and my wifes personal email and...
