Webcast digital pixelization

We just finished out first Stake Conference yesterday using the new VidiU. We have been webcasting for five years. One thing we noticed was when the speaker moved or there was a lot of movement in the background on some of the computers i.e. clerks computer in office, there was more of the square bo...

Re: Foster Child baptism

After checking with the Foster parents to make sure they did not adopt the child, I called LUS. They told me that since this was a convert baptism the information is completed by the mission home and the biological parent/parents "if know" is what needs to be on the record and if "not...

Re: Foster Child baptism

This was my feeling also. I don't think the foster parents intend on adopting at least they haven't with other children they have had. I'll take your advice and call LUS and also talk to the foster parents. I'll post my results.
Thanks

Foster Child baptism

I ran into a record in one of our wards where a foster child was baptised last month and the parents were listed on her individual record as the foster parents and not the biological parents. I know the young lady only knows her fathers name. I have never run into this before. Is this right or do we...

Re: Dedicated laptops for receiving webcasts in all building

We have found that this is the best way to handle the broadcasts. This way if you run into a problem with one computer you can correct it on all of the computers. Also over the years different members have helped with the broadcasts and it's easier have the same setup and plan every time.

Re: Quarterly Reports month of reporting

Don't know right now, I'll have to get the info from the Stake Clerk. I know our meeting is for all of the Ward Clerks. It may be a special report.

Re: Quarterly Reports month of reporting

I know there are some changes to the Quarterly Report. Our Stake Clerk has called a meeting next Sunday the 22, to discuss the changes. I'll see if I can get the information from him before hand and let you know if this issue is one of the changes.

LDS Account users

I'm a Stake clerk and had one of our Bishops ask me if there is a way to tell how many members of his ward had LDS accounts. In the Classic (LUWS) as an admin. I was able to list the account users and their email. Is there any way in the new LDS.org site to find this information out?
