You then must use the mouse to select the person from the popup box.

You can also use the down arrow to highlight a name in the list and then press enter or tab to select it.

Re: Family History Activity Report - access

I just looked into this and I don't think they'll be able to add one even in CDOL. I think at one time there were callings only the Family History Department could record. This was in part due to the FHC being a unit separate from the stake. No idea what the situation is now. If you want the callin...

Re: Family History Activity Report - access

I submitted a help desk ticket. According to Church service help desk, the system won't allow stake clerk to add the Lead. They said, "CDOL department can add the information of the member as Stake Temple and Family History Consultant--Lead." I just had to email back the full name and dat...

Re: wrong attribution

Tithing payment verification emails are sent based on the email address listed in your Church Account contact settings. Which I believe is the same as the "personal" email for the ward directory, and I think with a recent change, the same email as shown on Church Directory of Organization...

Re: Changing e-mail address on CDOL

Cdol no longer stores email addresses for positions in wards/branches/stakes/districts. It displays/uses them directly from the person's membership information (individual email). So for all of those positions you edit the email address in LCR, Ward Directory and Map or LDS Tools as jdlessley stated.

Re: ward directory and ward map

Am I missing something? The old directory allowed me to see lists of all stake leaders and all ward leaders. I can't see that ability in the new directory. I can do it in LDS Tools and in CDOL, but not in the directory. Edit: I can see all ward leaders at https://directory.lds.org/organizations, bu...

Re: Printing Labels

Print Mailing Labels shows in the access table, so you can check which callings have access. It looks like it is the Bishopric, Executive Secretary and Clerks.

Re: Password won't work on single computer

I have been trying to get into my account for sometime. It is kathypierce as username. I was kathygentry and got divorced. I went back to my former name and I can log in but my membership number will not let me use. I have contacted my executive secretary in my ward over a year ago and still have n...

Re: Why roll out a new system with no training

There was no notification of changes in our area (Arizona) The letter was to '... the following leaders of activated units in the United States ... Bishops and Branch Presidents; Stake and Ward Councils', so you may not have directly received it. I'm not sure if finance clerks have rights to the on...

Re: Question about Notes and Handbook changes

I don't know myself, but I passed this on to a developer who has worked on the backend service for the annotations. We'll see if I get a response.
