Re: Select Country

There is a BUG on the ldsaccount personal information page (https://ldsaccount.lds.org/personalInformation).
"Country" is now a REQUIRED field, but there is no entry field, or drop-down list.
There is no Feedback button on that page.

Re: Name search problem

Are you saying that LCR is now integrated with a 3rd party app that maintains your "personal contact list"? What app are you using to store/manage your personal contact list? Is the new behavior specific to a certain web browser (firefox, chrome, msedge)? Is a browser add-on enabling this ...

Re: Custom Reports

Please add the "Household Name" field to the list of columns in the Custom Reports tool. I want to create a report showing "Household Name", "Head of House" and "Head of House and Spouse" so that I can check for incorrect "Household Name" field conte...

Re: People Search Services

I tried using some of the "people finder" web sites to find "new" addresses for members a few years ago, and stopped for the same reason, they're unreliable for identifying a person's CURRENT address.

Re: Welfare Services Order Preparer

We have a senior couple serving in our ward as Welfare Service Missionaries. They routinely create food orders and commodities orders. I believe that their system privileges were setup by their mission office (Salt Lake City Inner City Mission).

Re: Converts not appearing

My ward had a convert baptism on 30 Dec, and Confirmation on 31 Dec. The convert does not appear on the quarterly report. I believe that the mission office processed the paperwork on Monday or Tuesday Jan 1st or 2nd. I'm guessing that the data "snapshot" for the quarterly report happened b...

Re: Print Tithing Settlement Form

The Tithing Declaration printed report is laid out in such a way that it tries to consume more of an 8 1/2 x 11 inch printed page than an HP LaserJet 1300 allows. This results in a portion of the left-most character of each line not printing, and missing lines at the bottom of each page. A workaroun...

Re: Print Tithing Settlement Form

When I printed the Tithing Declaration form on 12 Nov 2017 to an HP LaserJet 1300, I found that the first character of the last name (at the left margin of the page) was partially cut-off. And worse, that some rows of output are missing from the bottom of each printed page. I submitted feedback, and...

2018 motab Tour Venue Information Page has bad layout using Firefox browser

On the Tabernacle Choir's 2018 Tour Venue Information page, (https://www.mormontabernaclechoir.org/events/tour/2018-tour-venue-information.html) the venue descriptions are composed using many non-breaking space (nbsp) characters. This approach works only if the available font, font spacing, and brow...

Re: Viewing lds sites in Internet Explorer 11.0

My advice is to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for all your web browsing. Either of those web browsers will give you a better experience than any version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Microsoft Internet Explorer is encumbered by the need to support a large quantity of legacy non-standard pro...
