Member requesting previous ward membership trail

Seeking help. A member is seeking a history of each ward she has belonged to over the previous 10 years. Anyone know of how I would be able to generate a print out for her?

Stake Leaders LDS Tools

Been trying to search the forum and no luck Looks for some guidance on how Stake Leaders, YM, YW, and Primary can utilize LDS Tools to view youth in other wards in their stake. I remember seeing something about HIgh Council, but hoping for some development for all Stake leaders to allow the Stake cl...

Re: Using Members Email Addresses

Letter vs Spirit. The term MLS data could be taken as far Asti include name, phone number, birthdays, spouses or children, ect. Yet the LDS App allows you to copy contacts directly to your phone which then stores data to cloud and/or 3rd party vendor. I would think that the intent of those quote pol...

Re: How can I Delete or correct a created scripture link?

When you tap and hold on the original selection used to make the link, annotation, or highlight you should see a trash can available in the menu of tools that appear. When the trash can is selected the link should go away.

Re: Seeking Clarification Regarding Dropbox/Google Drive

Of course it is up to your local leaders. Then there is always "letter vs spirit of the law". We can assume these policies were set to protect from data theft and from third party app monetization using church data. Consider how the LDS Tools app allows you to copy to your phones internal ...

Re: Filtering on Emergency Response Categories

I haven't had access to do what you are speaking of, but in our stake we use the Geocodes in MLS to organize our emergency preparedness and then use custom reports to print of list to make binders for our zone leaders. Each binder has a map of the zone for reference to find locations. A step further...

Re: Sending Mass Texts

If you are confident in the accuracy of your ward directory then you could use the LDS Tools app to send a message to a list. If not, you might want to focus on updating your ward list with cell phone numbers. Have a goal to update 3-5 names per week in MLS. Or announce to ward to update their own o...

Re: Who has access to reports?

I posted in another forum just a few minutes ago about this. Basically, you can have a aystem in which ward clerks print reports to PDFs and then email those reports to an online storage cloud (secure). Then your HC can have access to that online storage cloud on his device to view the reports he is...
