Re: Stake Events with Ward Callings

Wow! Thanks for taking your time with such a nice reply. Initially, I was thinking about minimizing calendars people had to see/worry about, but your comment totally makes sense.

That will make things much more simple. Thanks!

ward memeber search info suggestion

When you search for a person within the stake, it would be nice if when you find the person it would list what ward they are in so you don't have to search each ward within the stake to find out what ward they are in.

Thanks!

(Even though English is set as the preferred language in my settings/account.)

Strangely enough, I get the same error even if I wait for longer than 9 minutes. (multiple times)

Yes. I understand. Sorry. That's why I mentioned that I would only have the url remain active for a brief moment, but I understand I still shouldn't do that.

Well, I have done tests, and I am not experiencing problems syncing because of the 9 minute throttle. I have tried to sync several times after waiting over 9 minutes and it just won't sync. I utilized an iCalendar Validator and it verified that something is wrong with the calendar. This is the error...

9 minute sync throttle

Does accessing the Calendar on lds.org contribute to the number of syncs, or does the 9 minute throttle only apply to devices subscribing to the generated URL?
