Looking at TM, I see a couple of possibilities: I think that because they no longer had the old firewall, they just activated the new one without telling TM the serial number of the one to replace. Firewall activation takes place in TM, so if it's activated to the location/building correctly it will show immediately. If it does not show in TM where you expect to see it then the firewall is probably not activated to the location. I guess I will have to go there in the morning to get it done ri...

It does. In my case, the FM Group reports a new firewall is installed, registered, and operating, and they have closed the work order. But I cannot yet see that at the TM site. Later today, perhaps.

Unfortunately, the Global Service Center does not have support for LDS Tools. If it is an issue with the Church Account then they can help, otherwise LDS Tools support is via email at LDSToolsSupport(at)churchofjesuschrist.org. Good point, sorry.
