Most appointments with the bishop are made through the executive secretary. The bishop may lose track of all those who contact him personally and that is one reason he has an executive secretary.
You will most likely have printed a check in completing the process. Follow the instructions found in the Help Center article Misprinted Checks and print the replacement check after the original expense has been corrected.

If you can't get the address information from the member, and there is no one else who can provide it, you will have to wait until the new ward requests the record. If you know the area and are pretty sure of the new ward you can send the ward clerk an email with a heads up that the member is moving...
