Ward councils

What PilotFly said is correct. That is why one of the steps to take before moving a member to address unknow is to mention their name in PEC and preferably in a ward council meeting. (it amazing what the Sisters know). it would be nice if the church would issue an updated version of the move out rec...

1 in clerks locked file, 2nd inlocked in bishops office, 3rd kept locked at bishops house. they rotate each week. The counciler who will count grabs the old one from the bishop during bishopric meeting and then the councilor puts the new one in the locked drawer in the bishops office.

records that shouldn't print

Our bishop requested that all of the phone numbers be standardized to a new format. I found a odd anomaly while reviewing the organizational leadership rosters. The line for Priest quorum president is blank it has a sustaining date listed a set apart check but no name. The date listed is the correct date for the sustaining of the Bishop. So I have two questions. 1. How do I get the...

bsa access to mls computer

First if the "leader" has no other acess to a computer you should tell him to get a library card, and then tell him to visit the library. Good excuse to start the reading merit badge. Second if he had access to the mls database and the bsa website it might be to easy for lazy leaders to violate the ...
