I got onto CDOL and browsed around. I can see the create date for all units in the stake, but only for my ward, I also see a "historical" tab. is that something that only that ward can see or is our ward maybe the only one in the stake with that info? This is true for someone within the stake with a...

Also, most all buildings keep the default wireless password that comes with the Cisco. Due to me calling, I have the password and I have noticed that only one building I have been to in the past year has changed it, and that includes buildings across the US from GA, Nevada, & Utah...

Unit Creation Date

I am working on a project regarding the growth of the church in our area. Is there a way to find out the creation date of a unit?

I am in GA so I don't have access to any of the hard copy only info at places like the Church History Library, BYU, or U libraries...

I am a counselor in the Bric and I use a combination of Notability and List Lite. Notability is great for taking notes and also can save it in my iPad dropbox, which I tend to use more for sharing than Google docs. I also use List Lite for keeping track of folks that receive callings, then I check o...

MLS 3.3 beta

I had seen some references to a 3.3 beta that is compatible with Windows 7? If that is correct, how can I get a copy to test out on a Windows 7 machine?

EOY Tithing Discrepancy

I was contacted by our Stake Fin. Clerk regarding approx a $400 discrepancy in a report they run vs. what we have on our batch reports. This was an end of year 2009 report. Is anyone familiar with the stake report he is referring to? As we only have access to our own records, I have nothing to compa...

Broadcast IT Question

I work for a major broadcaster in Georgia and we are evaluating new Broadcast Archive solutions. We have had several meetings with Front Porch Digital and they mention the church as one of their big deployments. What does the church use FPD for? I assume things like archiving Gen. Conf. and other br...

Billing for new Gosp. Essentials books

I saw on the bottom of the curriculum order form, that units ordering the new GP manual this year will be billed $1.50 in 2009 and $1.50 in 2010.

Does anyone know when in 2010 this charge will land, and will we get notice besides it being on a given months statement?

Thanks,
Harry
