in the old stake center I had to have a cable run from the attic to the library because only one user cable went from the attic to the satellite closet. I have a switch there for the teradek, plus the printer. But required another cable, a contractor to run it, another switch to hook it up, etc... ...

If the FM group purchased the keyboard, then it needs to go back to them for disposal. They should have a record. If the stake/district ward/branch purchased it with their funds, then they can choose to sell it or donate it as they see fit under the direction of the unit's leadership.

I have stake accounts setup for both Windows and MLS on all the stake PC's and have never seen them disappear on me. Did this happen on the same PC or different ones?
