Maps usability on tablets severely poor

When viewing the ward map using a 8 inch Samsung Tab E, the maps are virtually useless, leading to a very frustrating user experience. I bet similar issues exist on other tablets. I believe mobile devices are now or soon will be the predominant type of device used to access church web sites. "A...

Re: Removing Marks in Scriptures

Using Gospel Library on an Android Nexus tablet, I repeatedly highlight content accidentally and I can't remove it. All it takes is a brief touch of the screen. Pressing again on the highlighted text and all that's displayed is an Annotation menu and the command "Done". There is no option ...

Bug: No calendar selected, event not saved, no error shown

I am experiencing a bug.

Create a new event.
No calendar is selected by default, despite my having just previously created an event on a specific calendar.
When I attempt to save the event without selecting a calendar, no error message is displayed.

Re: Serious bug in new calendar release

I'll try: Family history fair All day event Church facility - select an existing building (our stake center) Schedule entire location. OK, I just tried making the same change again, moving it to another day. It worked fine. I could not replicate the error I previously described. File this bug for now.

Re: Serious bug in new calendar release

Yes, it remains on the create event screen. There is no error message. There are no conflicting events. I attempted to change another event last night and got the conflicting event message. I believe the UI auto-scrolled to the message.

Re: Serious bug in new calendar release

This bug is more widespread than documented thus far. I'm having the same issue -- unable to modify and save an event -- with a non-repeating event in one of our stake buildings. It's an all day event and I just want to change the date. When I click Update Event, the gears whir, the lights flash, bu...

2.7 suggestion

As the the Stake Website Administrators tasked with managing the stake calendar, it would be very helpful if people with this calling could also see all ward's calendars.

Non-alphabetical list of calendars for new event

When I create a new event and I want to select a calendar to attach the event to, the list of calendars is not displayed in any logical order. I assumed that the calendars would be listed in alphabetical order. I cannot see any sense to the current list. Compounding the challenge of finding the righ...

Serious bug in new calendar release

The new release of the Calendar software is a vast step forward. Thanks to everyone who's put time and effort into the improvements. However, there's a serious unknown bug that's preventing me from modifying an event. I attempted today to modify an existing event, our Roundtable, held in a church bu...

Re: Can't hide ward events

Yes, you're right, I was in week view. What a bizarre user experience. Why should the behavior of the UI change between week and month view?
