With your list request, it may be your leaders are trying to asses home teaching effectiveness directed at part member families, and not just asking for two lists. Are they assigned? Are they being visited? Who is seeing them? Your bishop might want to discuss this report each month to gain more ins...

Other tools could be "forced" from leadership into adoption, and I indeed heard once: "You want to use the building? You will use the online calendar to schedule." So people learned it. "You want to teach Elders Quorum? You will use the lesson schedules tool." Yeah.... ...

As mentioned above, we certainly should put development time and server resources and bandwidth into those tools most used and most helpful, with an eye toward future functionality.

I changed my password and still cannot log in

Thank you for sharing. I especially like the reporting and wish we saved reports like this in a folder somewhere so we wouldn't have to spend ward council time guessing how many people came last year when planning this year
