Re: Elders Visits Showing as 0/0

We have had the same thing for the past couple of months. For us it was due to the creation of our new ward. This month we are getting the correct reports. If you are in the same situation (new ward), just wait a month or two and it will work itself out.

Re: Export Data and Reports to CVS/XLS

If you go to maps.lds.org there is a download button there where you can download the ward directory with a lot of information.

I am also having the same error. I remember seeing somewhere on the forum a post mentioning someone to contact about this, but I can't remember who it was and I can't find the post anymore. Any moderator out there that knows who I need to contact?

We had a brother that was baptized a few weeks before he was eight. We had it ratified by the office of the First Presidency. It didn't show up on any reports and the only way to know that something was off was to actually look at the record itself and did the math.

Use of Flash

So, I and a few of my assisstant clerks have tablet computers (i.e. iPad, or Android devices) and we bring them to church. We will then use them to take pictures of new members that have moved into our ward. On my Android device I can then go to lds.org, sign in and upload the picture immediately. H...

OK, I did follow your instructions and it did list both classes on the membership record, but it would not show the member in the second class once I exited the class. However, I did find the solution to this problem. You can't just add a member to a class if they are a member of another class in th...

Class Members not Recording

Our Primary secretary brought this issue to my attention. I have tried it out myself and have had problems. I cannot find any discussion on this, but if I overlooked it, please point me in the right direction. When we go into a Primary class and add a member to that class (by clicking on "Add Member...

I know our stake has a system that they use. I am ward clerk, so I don't have access to it. However, my bishop is always talking about submitting a recommendation for a calling online and checking to see where in the process the calling is. I will have to email our stake clerk and find out about the...
