Old email used to create lds.org account no longer active

We have had several users that activated an lds.org account in the past, but now can't remember their password or username. They are also no longer using the email address they used to activate the account. The problem is . . . when they try to signup a new account, they are not allowed. The system ...

Yep. Us too. We seem to have lost our reservations calendar, and we no longer seem to see a correlation between the reservations calendar and the main calendars. Are we supposed to move now to only using location scheduling?

Merging two new calendars

I was wondering how one would go about merging two (non-classic) calendars together? We want to consolidate the number calendars we have to simplify.

The start hour on events from the date of this thread forward changed to the correct time ( 1 hour back ). Our Stake clerk didn't make the change, so I'm assuming admin's at HQ did.

Thanks,

You said that you had checked to make sure that the time zone was correct for all the resources (I assume you meant "Locations", since time zones apply only to locations in the Calendar). Is there any possibility that the time zone for the locations was wrong when the events were entered, but the t...

This doesn't seem to be a single computer time setting issue, as all users with various personal computers in our stake are seeing the times as an hour off. I'm taking from this, we are unique with this issue. If there isn't a way to globally adjust all stake and ward apointments up or back by an ho...

My computer time zone is set correctly, showing the accurate time. All resource timezones are also set correctly.

After switch back to standard time from day light savings all events are an hour off

After the time change to standard time from day light savings all of our events are an hour ahead. Is there an easy way to fix this that doesn't involve editing each entry?

Sorry, I'll add, I don't get the lds.org updates. My wife has a google calendar she shares and I get those updates.
