As the YW President, I think it would be wonderful if we could print a "Personal Progress Record Sheet" .pdf populated specific to each young woman. Currently each individual is only able to print one for themselves. Another great feature would be a place to check off which young women have received their Personal Progress Bookmark and ribbons in conjunction with completing the personal progress values. Our ward actively participates in this, and I'm constantly trying to keep my notes updated on who has received one and who hasn't. It would be so much easier if it was all tracked online with Personal Progress. A Personal Progress app would also be a significant benefit to the young women as well. Ending on a positive note, I have to say that I love the most recent updates made to Personal Progress, which include the functionality for the Young Women leaders, has greatly improved.
