The LDS.org calendar shows events and activities posted for Church-wide, stake, and ward functions. To access the Calendar, log in to LDS.org with your LDS account. Under Sign In/Tools in the top right corner select Calendar. The default display shows calendars overlaid with color-coded Events that correspond to the source calendar. You can personalize what you see through show and hide options from the left panel. Depending upon your Church calling, you may also have permissions to add, delete, and change Events for specific calendars. When creating an Event, select email alerts to generate reminders to keep members abreast of planned activities.

Administrators may create additional calendars for specific organizations and audiences, then delegate permissions to add, update, and manage. Calendar functionality will not permit double-booking at the same location during the same time period. Restrictions exclude all but a designated unit or function on specific days during specific times for a particular location.

To learn more about calendar options and the role-based processes, see the Calendar Help at https://www.lds.org/help/support/applications/calendar?lang=eng. You can also access Help by clicking the “?” located in the upper right corner of the calendar main page. Help has detailed information about navigating the calendar as well as setting up and personalizing the calendar. Help also contains information specifically related to using the calendar in your calling through examples and step-by-step instructions.

Email notifications don't seem to work. I have checked "Allow email notifications" on all calendars and I have checked "Allow email notifications in my options. What more can I do?

They seemed to work during the first half of 2014, but stopped sometime mid-year. The new update has not fixed the problem.

Is there anywhere a person can talk to a human being for support on the LDS calendar?

I can't figure out how to email. If I set a calendar item for say, Young Men's that week. How do I email details pertaining to that so it would go to the Young Men? Is there a way to set up a group to email? Where is the email to do that? any help would be awesome! Thanks :)

Is there an issue with the new Calendar and syncing it with other Calendars? I can't get it to sync with Google or Apple? I don't use outlook so haven't tired it there. Followed the Calendar Sync General Instructions, so far it isn't working for me.

A person in our ward is listed on lds.org as holding the callings as "ward calendar" and "website administrator." She is not able to modify calendar events anymore for some reason. Another person in the ward has also been having trouble with this as well. She currently serves in the young women. She has been getting emails generated from lds.org via the website administrators email, and she never made the change on the calendar.

Will this fix itself?

I agree with Rick that email notifications no longer work on the calendar.

The first release prevented you from selecting "Before Event". If you selected it, then left and went back in again, No, Thank you was always selected.

Now you can select "Before
Event", but no emails ever go out. I have entered 17 hours as the reminder, but still no emails....

We also need the ability to put in an event using LDS tools.

Location changes lead to multiple events with conflicts.

I am YM president with limited rights.

I just scheduled basketball in the Gym on Saturday Mornings on top of Stake Conference that already has the whole building reserved.

Choose Stake center with a repeating event and this failed due to conflict. Then change to my building (South) and it updated some of the dates but left me in the Stake center over conference. That's what I wanted because the court is bigger :)

Es lamentable, y me invade la frustraciòn ver cuanta informaciòn o recursos solo estan disponibles en Ingles. Lamentable, muy lamentable, si no sabes Ingles, fuera del servicio?

When creating or update events on our ward calendar, I am unable to send emails concerning the event. How do I fix this?
