Jack if you do not see the same thing as a bishop something is wrong. You are either entered into MLS wrong, or something has happened to mess you up. Call Local Unit Support - Let your clerk know of the problem you have and have him get it fixed or you'll need to call Local Unit Support to fix your access on the backend (likely the CDOL)

I tried deleting and reinstalling LDS Tools and that didn't help. Also shut down and started phone. Still no luck with data updates it is just blank.
Are others having the same problem? Ideas?

I just updated to 2.1.2 in my iphone (ios 6.0.1) and I still can't download any data (error message "Error Downloading"). I deleted the app from my phone, then reinstalled. Still not downloading, and it's obviously not Sunday. Any help?

Same problem I had with iPhone. I just tried it now with my phone and it finally worked. I did delete the app and restarted my phone then installed the app again. You may want to try the same with your iPad and see what that does.
Will these also be an update for Android?
Re the questions about Android updates, I'm not sure, so let me check on that.
I have deleted, rebooted, re-downloaded numerous times. before doing that it would just jump out of the app. Now it consistently gives a download error "unable to download some data, try again later. App has not worked on my iPad since version 2.1.0

Finally downloaded data on late Saturday evening, 11/10. Seems to be totally random - Like magic??
If WiFi has been off for at least 15 minutes, and I tap on a member's record, I get this message "Error Downloading, Some information could not be downloaded, please try again later". (I was not downloading at the time, but I get the message anyway.) When I turn on WiFi, but not use it - then tap on LDSTools, then tap on a member's record, there is no error message. I then turn off WiFi, immediately tap on LDSTools, then tap on the member's record, and there is still no error message. But if I wait about 15 minutes (with WiFi still off), then tap on the member's record, I get the error message again.
With version 2.1.1, I had the same effect, unless members had a picture. When members had a picture there was never an error message. In version 2.1.2, the picture seems irrelevant. Can this be fixed? Thank you.
Is there a way to get the lower version that worked on OS 4.2.1???? PLEASE???

I have tried all the helps nothing seems to work. It has been a great tool and is used often in my calling.
I don't work for the church and I'm not sure what troubleshooting you've already done, but this is what I would do:
Uninstall LDS Tools from your phone. It will also warn you that "Deleting LDS Tools will also delete all of its data." Tap Delete to delete the app and its data.
Then reinstall LDS Tools from the App Store. Hopefully that fixes the problem. If it still doesn't work, I'd restart my phone.
If it still doesn't work after a restart I'd try syncing LDS Tools from different Wifi networks to see if that helps.
