1. Licenses and Restrictions

All material found at this site (including visuals, text, icons, displays, databases, media, and general information), is owned or licensed by us. You may view, download, and print material from this site only for your personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise indicated. You may not post, transmit, or distribute material from this site on another Web site or on a computer network without our permission or, in the case of material posted by a third-party, the permission of the owner of that material.

2. Your Account

Some areas of the site, including making Submissions, may require you to sign up for an account. When and if you sign up for an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our sign-up process (including your e-mail address); and (b) maintain and update your information (including your e-mail address) to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 4. Posting Material

You may be permitted to post content on this site, including files and/or comments in one or more forums. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold The Church, our affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and sponsors, and our and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) any allegation that any Submissions or other materials you submit to us or transmit to the site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (c) your activities in connection with the site.

13. General Information

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Church regarding your use of this site, and supersede any prior agreements between you and the Church with respect to the same. You may be subject to additional terms if you use other Web sites operated by the Church or any legal affiliate of the Church.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Salt Lake County, Utah.

The failure of the Church to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
